All warranties are carried in house, no dealing with a warranty company, and all our warranties are unlimited miles.

  All our parts are offered with our standard 120-Day Warranty. This PARTS ONLY warranty insures The original purchaser that all parts specifically described on the purchase invoice will be free from failures or defects in materials or workmanship FOR A PERIOD OF 120 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE subject to the terms and conditions below. Limit of liability cannot exceed original purchase price.

  Declining purchase or failure to purchase an extended labor warranty releases Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd. from all labor claims.

  Specifically excluded from this warranty is the expense of removal of the defective part, the attaching parts, seals, gaskets, fluids and supplies.

  Parts found to be defective during the Guarantee period will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the sole discretion of Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd.

  This Warranty is non-transferable. Specifically excluded from this Warranty are items attached to the purchased part but which are not explicitly listed on the invoice. Any improper use, abuse, overheating, improper fluid levels, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, repairs or modification, or removal by anyone other than the licensed professional repair facility or licensed mechanic that performed the original installation shall void this Warranty. This Warranty covers normal on-road use only. In the event that the part is installed in a vehicle driven off-road or for marine, racing or competition purposes then this Warranty is void and the only Warranty provided is that the part is operational at the time of installation. Expenses resulting from personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, loss of earnings, telephone calls, rental car, transportation, towing, down time, direct or indirect or consequential damage, or delay resulting from part failure are not covered by this warranty.

  All Warranted parts found to be defective must be returned to Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd. within 10 business days from the date of failure, along with all documentation required by this Guarantee. Any part replaced or repaired under this Guarantee including all subsequent installations shall have the benefit of this Guarantee for the balance of the time and mileage of the original Guarantee period from the original date of the original part only. All claims under this Guarantee require that you provide a record of the date installed, plus the year, make, model, vehicle identification number, mileage, and engine number of the vehicle in which the part was installed. All claims must include- the original invoice; a copy of the original completed installation repair order with evidence of proper installation; and, evidence of all required maintenance. Any claim of failure found to be invalid will result in the part in question being returned to the customer, at customer's expense. If there is a dispute regarding these terms and procedures, the parties of this agreement agree to submit the matter to arbitration in the city of Edmonton, Alberta. The parties agree to be bound by the decision of such arbitrator.

  Specific Limitations:

  1. Engines are guaranteed to be in good operating condition within reasonable limits of specifications for 120 days as stated by the seller (i.e. oil pressure, compression and oil consumption).

     Components and assemblies included in the engine Warranty are the engine block, cylinder heads, valve train, camshaft, crank shaft, connecting rods and bearings, rocker arms, valve lifters, oil pump and other internal parts.

     Excluded from this Warranty are attached items such as water pump, all electrical and ignition parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injectors, diesel injection pumps and other related injection parts, turbo chargers, egr coolers, superchargers, engine management controllers, sensors and other external parts. These components are provided for customer convenience only and are not warranted unless purchased separately. Calibration, programming, re-flashing or adjustment of external parts is also excluded from this Guarantee.

     All engines have been drained of fluids prior to shipment.

     Use or installation of performance enhancing "chips", aftermarket boost controllers or modified air filtration systems may void warranty.

     Failure to perform any of the following procedures voids the Warranty:

     1. Change oil and oil filter prior to starting the engine for the first time. Maintain proper oil/filter change intervals as required by the manufacturer.
     2. Installation of a new timing belt according to manufacturers recommendations or if specified on purchase invoice.
     3. Confirm the correct operation of the engine cooling system including but not limited to the radiator, water pump, cooling fans and thermostat.

  2. Transmissions are guaranteed to function correctly for the warranty period. Failures resulting from external transmission controllers or sensors, electrical plugs, transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel, and all other external parts are not warranted. Included in this transmission Guarantee are the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter. All transmissions have been drained of oil prior to shipment.

     Failure to perform any of the following procedures voids the Warranty: a. Fill with factory recommended fluids and install a new transmission filter prior to starting the engine for the first time. b. Transmission cooling system must be properly flushed according to recommended procedures prior to installation. c. Install all external seals when installing a recycled transmission.

  This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No action by the Recycler under this warranty shall extend the original warranty period or alter its obligation.

• PLATINUM - EXTENDED 1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

  This EXTENDED PARTS AND LABOR warranty protects the original purchaser against labor cost if a part must be replaced or repaired within a period of one year from the ORIGINAL purchase date. A replacement part may be provided and the Labor charges for the repair, replacement or return of the faulty part will be refunded to a maximum of $2500.00 or the original purchase price specified on the purchase invoice (whichever is less). Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd warrants that all parts specifically described on the purchase invoice will be free from failures or defects in materials or workmanship FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE PURCHASE DATE subject to the terms and conditions below. This warranty option is not available to parts resellers or brokers. Only parts sold directly to the installer or retail customer are eligible for extended warranties. Commercial vehicles are not eligible for extended warranty.

If an extended LABOR warranty has been purchased the Labor reimbursement will be made for minor repairs or for removal and reinstallation, and will be calculated at $75.00 per hour times the flat rate labor hours (based on Chilton's or Mitchell labor guide). Diagnostic time is not included. Labor is paid out only once and shall not exceed the original part purchase price. The labor warranty purchase cost is non refundable. The guarantor has the right to repair rather than replace any part covered by the warranty. Parts will be replaced with a comparable item such as a recycled part with a recycled part or a remanufactured part with remanufactured part. All repairs must be pre-authorized in writing by Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd. Parts found to be defective during the Guarantee period will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the sole discretion of Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd. Aldon Auto Salvage Ltd reserves the right to change, alter or modify this Warranty at any time.
